Board Committees

The Port Authority has three advisory committees: the Riverfront Redevelopment Site Advisory Committee, Richards-Gebaur Advisory Committee and the Port Authority Ameristar Isle of Capri Fund for the Advancement of Minority and Women Owned Businesses (PAAICF). The advisory committees meet periodically and on an as-needed basis.

The advisory committees are composed of Port Authority Commissioners, Port Authority Staff, local community representatives, elected officials and stakeholder groups. The advisory committees participate in the development of ideas, criteria and evaluation standards, in order to provide community perspective, information and feedback on particular projects.
